What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the type of bathroom project you are planning and any message you add. We also record the page and referring advertising information that brought you to us.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free home visit and prepare your quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use advertising information in our legitimate interests to understand which adverts generate enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use Netlify to operate this landing page, Resend to deliver enquiry emails and Google Ads to measure advertising performance. These providers process information on our behalf under their data-protection terms.

Cookies and advertising

This page does not set any advertising or analytics cookies on your device. We use Google Ads in a privacy-preserving way to measure which adverts lead to enquiries: when you submit the quote form, your name, email and phone number are hashed in your browser and sent to Google so the enquiry can be matched against the advert you clicked. Google may also record anonymous, cookieless signals that help estimate advert performance in aggregate. You can control Google Ads personalisation at any time in yourGoogle Ad Center.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your project and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, object to its use or ask us to delete it by emailinginfo@bellandsonhomeimprovements.co.uk. You can also complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office.
